Anyone make tailgate latch delete trim?
I'm wondering if anyone makes the upper chrome trim piece for the tailgate unbroken for tailgates with an internal latch relocate kit. You know instead of having a left and right trim piece with a latch bezel in the middle just one continuous piece of trim between the taillight chrome. The more I think about it, I think I need a piece of trim to act as a paint break on my project, but I plan to relocate the handle to the inside which makes that trim piece not work so well.
The trim on the tailgate is what I'm talking about: |

There is a lower piece of tailgate trim available that has been used for exactly what you describe. I think Rokcrln did one a few years ago.

Re: Anyone make tailgate latch delete trim?
Yea, I was thinking of using the 67-68 style taillight eyebrow trim as opposed to the later full frame bezels. And then blacking out from trim down (and in) and then reintroducing body color for the "G-M-C" box around the lettering. My thoughts anyway.
