Question for guys with Extreme Dropmember with headers
What headers are you guys running with your PB Extreme Dropmembers? Now I'm in the market for a passenger side header. I was running Hedman headers before on my 71 C10 with no issues. After installing my Extreme Dropmember this week the header on the passenger side doesn't fit right anymore due to the engine moving up. It hits the cab about 1" below the header bolt hole. The driver's side header still fits right.
Just wanting to know what everyone else is running before I buy one. I want to get one that fits my 71. Thanks |

Re: Question for guys with Extreme Dropmember with headers
not sure if this helps, but I used BBK Headers. I have a Z'd front and Dirty Dingo mounts.

Re: Question for guys with Extreme Dropmember with headers
Another option if you are looking for a longer tube header that doesn't hang below the frame rail are the ones made by Clear Image out here in Washington.
I grabbed this set from Hart Rod when he switched to an ls in his 68. With my Dropmember still to arrive, I don't have any install pics yet.. But the thread shows a few good shots. http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s...d.php?t=562386
