Seat Belt Configuration?

Does anyone have pictures on how the middle lap belt goes in?

I believe the middle belts share the same bolts as the diver/passenger belts. I cant figure out how they bolt in without the bets twisting.

Thanks

Re: Seat Belt Configuration?

. . . .

My 70 C-10's middle belts just bolted to the same bolts as the inner, outside belts.

They just came through the seat "crack" and they laid flat like the others.

I think we might have had to use longer bolts though.

What kind of problem are you having ?

. . . .

Yes, they share bolts. Sorry, no pictures. I think the center belt goes on top in the stack.

The belts keep twisting. I cant get them to lay flat when I am bolting them in.

Also, I am not sure on the configuration of the middle belt. Which side do the belts go on?

Thumbs up Re: Seat Belt Configuration?

To bolt in the center seat belts, the bolts should have a longer shoulder to go through both belts. If you don't use the longer shoulders, bolt will bind on belts and twist them.
