Hydro Boost brake issue

My 1982 6.2L Diesel with hydroboost brakes has a an issue, but I don't know much about them. The pedal goes down with no effort until the very last inch or so of the pedal travel, and then it is a very hard push to it. Any ideas on what it could be?

Re: Hydro Boost brake issue

It may have a seized piston inside the unit.
