New Tennessean
Hello all, I am (of course) new here. I have been a member of the Facebook page for some time, actually since I bought my truck in December. On there, you'll know me better as teamidr idr.
my actual name is Dustin, I live in Laverne, tn, I work at the local car plant. Now on to more pressing matters, the truck is a 71 Cheyenne that I bought from my uncle who purchased it from a pavement company in 84 and restored it, then it just became his beater truck which he passed down to his kids before the second engine went, when he put the third one in, he parked it next to a bush where it sat for 7 years, he asked me to help him load it into a trailer so he could take it to scrap, I offered what they would give him and he took it. Now I'm slowly restoring it and driving it regularly. Future plans are too fix body damage, ls swap , then paint. It needs new rockers, a new front clip, I have a donor for that, and a new dash, along with some minor wire repairs. |

Welcome from Indiana. I used to live down the road from you in Murfreesboro.
