Looking for a set of 49-54 gas tank straps.

Chaddude, I'm not sure how they are supposed to come out. When I originally dis-assembled the truck I could not get the adjuster nuts to budge, so I just cut the straps to get the tank out. To get the remaining part out, I had to knock out the pins near the rear corner at the back of the cab. They were pretty rusty but it looked like they had a washer or c-clip or something on them at some time. I'm replacing them with skinny long bolts.
