Backspacing?
Failing memory and no search function mandate that I ask what backspacing is needed on my '71 2wd with disk/drum combo? I am about to buy some new wheels, and they are only offered with 4" backspacing. I don't think that is a problem, but thought I better just double check with the experts. Thanks, LB.

miss the search
Standard backspacing is 4-1/2". 4" will just put your tire closer to the fender lip. If the tire isn't too wide and you haven't lowered your truck too much, it shouldn't be a problem. Good luck, Scott
