Fuel filter EQ option

I was wondering what this "Fuel Filter EQ" was that is listed in the SPID.

it means you have the optional fuel filter in the frame rails. this is on my truck but you can see it inside the passenger side frame rail circled in white.

Yes, I found it on my frame as should be also. Was full of rust and crap.
