WTB: Bed Floor Patch Panels

Who's got a bed they want to cut up?

I have rust to replace at the rear most corners where the bed meets the tailgate - driver and passenger side.

Also need patches for the corner area where the wheel tubs bolts in.

I can get pictures to post later tonight.

Thanks!

do you know if the 73-87 bed floor is the same for patch panels?

I would think they're different. I'm pretty sure the wheel tubs are shaped different but I don't know if that means the bed floor is different too.

68 thanks for the reply! Not in a huge hurry. But I'd like to get started soon. What kind of time frame are you thinking?

Re: WTB: Bed Floor Patch Panels

I bought a patch from LMC that wasn't close to fitting.
I believe I found a piece from a '73 from a junkyard in the end for $50.

Here is what a section looked like I removed for somebody else. Has some heavy surface rust in spots but is solid and will clean up.

Had to drill out the factory spot welds in back.

Re: WTB: Bed Floor Patch Panels

Something like that should work - though I wouldn't need as long a piece. How do your wheel well corners look? See my pics above.
