I just finished another truck tilt and it is super nice! It has been completely taken apart, bead blasted, powder coat semi-gloss black. It has new upper and lower boots, signal lever, tilt lever, wiring harness, bearing retainer, and Borg Warner neutral safety switch and comes with a nice shorty shift lever. This column is ready to be installed. $575 shipped

I current have an Ididit column in my 72 K10 and I do not like how it fits in the truck, I've been looking for a really nice one ready to install.

Nice looking work. Not to hijack but do you do rebuilds that people send to you as well? I've got one that is going to need some work down the road when I get to my interior.

Does anyone know about interchangeability of other columns? I have a tilt column from a 1970 Pontiac Bonneville (GM B Body). Will that fit in my 1972 Cheyenne?

I wouldn't try putting that in! You will have to do too many modifications as in wiring, getting it sealed at the firewall, and getting it to hook up to the intermediate shaft and the length might also be a problem also.

I'm not quite done with it yet, but it is the same price as the one above. If you are really interest in it, I will finish it up and take some pictures of it.

I am interested but I am far enough away from needing it for my truck that I will pass for now and let somebody else have a chance at it for their truck. You are doing some really nice work restoring those columns. When I get to the point that I am ready to put a column in my truck I will look you up.
