WTB: 1972 GMC T3 Headlights (All Four Needed)

Looking for a pair of working lowbeam and highbeam 1972 T3 headlights for a GMC. The 1972 T3's can be identified by the "T3" at the bottom of the bulb and no triangle present.

If you have a set you can part with, please email or PM. Thanks!

Hi Chuck, thanks for the reply, I really appreciate it. Please give me a day on this one. I'm trying to get a pair or complete set, if possible. However, I understand I may have to piece these together.

These darn one year only parts...

I have 3 headlights with the T3, however I think they r earlier than u r looking for.
The T3 is in the middle of the light with a triangle around them.

LMK if interested.

Hi Scott, thanks for the message. Yes, these are a one year only design, like the one in Chuck's post earlier. The T3 is at the bottom and there's no triangle on the '72 bulbs. Thanks again for checking for me though, I appreciate it. Anyone else out there have a set?

If you are trying to stay original with your truck, Im pretty sure that GM had switched over to they're new Guide Power Beam around 1971.

Burb, thanks for the heads up. I know the larger bulbs in our Chevy trucks are Power Beams in '71 and '71, but aren't the smaller bulbs in the GMC trucks still T3's through '72?

I'm still on the lookout for a set of '72 T3's, as these will be used in my '72 Hurst Olds. If anyone has a stash of headlights, please keep in touch! Thanks again.

Just a heads up, sometimes the vintage T3s don't make the trip with the filiment intact.

I'm definitely not an expert, so I wanted to keep my response open for correction. I continuously learn about these trucks, so I appreciate any input. Have a super night.

I've definitely had a few not make the trip! I'm willing to take a chance on these, as it bugs the heck out of me to see aftermarket bulbs in the car. Have a terrific Thanksgiving.

Still on the prowl for a pair of '72 T3 lowbeam headlights. Anyone out there have a working pair they're willing to part with?
