correct inside door handle

what is the correct door handle location (which way is it suppose to point) this is how mine are but feel awkward when using.

are you looking for factory setting?on 64 they are about 330 I could not find pic of 60/63 I set mine at about 5 o clock just for feel

I have 1 factory photo, the other 2 photos are probably trucks that were/are original, all these photos, plus several more that I looked at showed this position.
