87 blazer tank crossmember reinforcement

Guys

Im putting a efi 87 blazer tank under my 71 longbed.

I have relocated the rear crossmember to the rear of the frame to make room for the tank.

I have the holes drilled in the crossmembers for the straps.

Do you guys reinforce the crossmembers where the straps bolt holes pass through?

175 of gas and tank hanging on those crossmembers makes me a little nervous, and i thought about tacking in some 6" long quarter inch plate as a backer on the crossmember, but wanted to know what you guys did...

thanks
