Stock ride height measurements?

Is there a hub-to-fender measurement or a top of spring to frame measure for ride height?
I ask because the truck has ~2" of up travel before the bump stop and not much more between the oil pan & tie rod.

Re: Stock ride height measurements?

Don't have time to find it but there was a similar thread here about a month ago "fender to tire clearance" or similar.

Re: Stock ride height measurements?

My 55.2 stock suspension is 19" in the front and 16" in the back. I remember there were other posts that varied slightly. Some were 2" difference

Re: Stock ride height measurements?

Scroll down the pages and you should find info that will help. https://www.gmheritagecenter.com/doc...olet-Truck.pdf

You can do a Google search for just about any year Chevy truck's specs by doing what I did here when I put 1957 Chevrolet truck specifications in the search and scrolled down the page to the GM herritage center link.
