Hello all!

Hey everyone. I'm Nate from Western Ma. I'm 21 and I've been building a 55 Chevy 1 ton 2nd series for the past year. It had no engine or tranny in it when I got it. The body and frame are in great shape. I dropped a 350 in with a 700r4 and NP208 transfer case. I also swapped the dropped front axle for a Dana 60. The Eaton has 4.56 gears and so does the front. I don't plan on painting it, I like the way it looks now. The 350 might be getting swapped out to a 502 big block crate engine too...

When I first got it last year in November:

And now:

I also have 3 Willys jeeps. The red '53 is a frame off restoration, the green '49 is all stock and I do some slight wheeling with it and the multicolored '46 is still under construction and is heavily modified.

And I collect hit and miss engines. My oldest is a 1905 6HP IHC Famous. I also have a 1918 IHC Titan tractor. Both are original paint. I also built my own hit and miss engine.

Re: Hello all!

I'm currently trying to find a locker for the rear axle. I could swap the shafts to 14 bolt ffs, but I want to keep it as stock as I can.
