Need original steel wheel and P01 wheel cover info

I'm looking to use original wheel covers on my truck. I have a few questions. How wide of a tire can i put on original 15 inch steel wheels? I do not have the original steel wheels so whill it be hard to find a set of wheels that will accept the full wheel cover? And is there a steel wheel that is 15x8 that will accept the wheel cover? I would like to have a wider tire for better traction yet still keep the original look. Thanks. This is the wheel cover and look im going for.
