Traded my 2wd blazer for two trucks
I traded my '69 2wd converted blazer for a '69 mostly all original long bed c10 and a 70gmc swb rolling chassis and a bunch of other parts. Here are some pics

If you short bed cab matches the frame and the title, and if that cab is solid, you got a lot to work with. Especially if the extra beside goes with the SWB. This ought to keep you busy for awhile! LOL |

Dajn... Like wtf? Back off. They're his projects and will probably end up nicer than yours.
First time I've seen posts like this since I joined.

Re: Traded my 2wd blazer for two trucks
Boy as far as I'm concerned that would be a tuff trade, you got a lot of potential there but that Blazer is something I've always wanted, I would say you didn't hurt your self too bad maybe not at all. What overall shape was the Blazer in? I mean it's all what you want.

Re: Traded my 2wd blazer for two trucks
The only reason I got rid of the blazer was because it didn't have a title it had bill of sale when I got it, the two trucks have clean Cali titles, the plan is take the white 69 cab and clip and put it on the shortbed frame. The blazer was cool and all but I had no title for it. And yes now it's on C/L.

Re: Traded my 2wd blazer for two trucks
The blazer needed a lot of work, it was basically picked from all of it's parts. Just a bare shell with a top, and a 6 inch lift. I did the drop on it and put in some seats.

Re: Traded my 2wd blazer for two trucks
I liked the blazer but being in CA and the titles you definitely won. It's getting harder to get titles everywhere.

Yes I was drunk when I posted, and I am drunk now. Don't take it seriously. Goodluck with your build. Swb or lwb. You can't go wrong either way

Re: Traded my 2wd blazer for two trucks
Are you happy? Then the trade was perfect! Don't second guess your decision, you did just fine! You can build a couple of nice trucks with all those parts. Don't let anyone tell you different!

Re: Traded my 2wd blazer for two trucks
I would love to see the swb spid. Looking at the cab I cant see what trim it had, but the fender has upper and lower? Love the history baby!!!
