Tailgate Latch
I am looking for a complete latch from a 73-87 tailgate. I am looking to add a latch to my 65 C10. I am in McLoud Ok. Thanks

I think LMC and other vendors carry all of the 73-87 tailgate latch components.
http://www.lmctruck.com/icatalog/cc/full.aspx?Page=39 It probably won't make much difference for your project, but there were a couple of different latch designs used over the years. The early style have the anchor pins for the link straps welded to the tailgate. While the later style have the anchor pins incorporated into the latch assemblies. |
