c10 control arms fit a c20?

I have a 72 c20, i would like to update the control arms, spindles etc, maybe even the rotor/bearing assembly as it is heavy.
This is a 2 wheel drive lowered with a 6.0, mainly for weekend cruising/beating

C10 uppers will work on a c20 with the correct balljoint installed.
C10 lowers have a smaller balljoint hole than the C20 version.

c10 control arms should work if you change to c10 spindles. The ball joints are different

Re: c10 control arms fit a c20?

I don't know if they work, but will post what I know.

My 68 C20 upper A-arm studs were 9/16"
The C10 frame I bought has 1/2" studs.
All factory stuff.
Whether the holes in the A-arms are the same, I don't know. I didn't realize the difference until most everything was thrown away.

Re: c10 control arms fit a c20?

This is an old one but wondering is the ball joint longer? Not sure why if using C10s control arms, why I would need c20 ball joints. Just curious, my 69 C10 frame is junk. I found a c20 at a good price. The guys says all will work, but has never done it. Can someone give me an answer or point me in the right direction, thanks
