'65 SWB shop truck w/ patina

Picked this truck up a few months ago. Throwing it together with parts that I have laying around to make a decent crusier/shop truck. Truck set for 11 years in a field in New Mexico and definitely needs some work. I got the OG 230 inline 6 running but it was burning quite a bit of oil and was not road worthy at all. I have a 250 that was recently rebuilt in the shop and am getting it ready to throw in. I lowered it a little and did a few nick-nack things to freshen it up.

Next on the list after the engine swap is big back window and get started on replacing all the sheet metal rot.

Nice truck you have there. Although two things that I love and am looking for you took off. The cap and wrap around rear bumper. If you were close to me, I'd make you an offer for them. Good luck with getting it up and running and that bbw swap.
