Re: hubcaps
Those look like mid '80s K10 wheels. I don't believe there are any "nubs" on the wheels for hubcaps to snap over, like on this wheel:
You could buy "inside clips" to rivet or screw to the wheels and try caps designed for '50s wheels. There are web sites and Ebay vendors that will sell the clips. ( Try Hubcap Mike, the unknowing supplier of the two images in this post.) I bought two packages of 20 clips a couple of years ago so I could use Dodge Caravan temporary spare wheels on my '36 Plymouth. I ended up finding some tires to mount on the OE wheels and the clips are sitting unused. |

Re: hubcaps
I really like the look of slots. I'm keeping my eyes open for a set. Not so sure about new ones by American racing. The finish doesn't hold up in my experience

Re: hubcaps
LOTS of manufacturers made those slot mags. If you have them professionally polished they can clear them and they still shine very very well.
With those 4x hubs wouldn't you have to put them on a lathe and cut out the centers to operate the manual hubs? I think that could still look good. Just a suggestion but I'd pick the '57-'59 bullet caps and have the bullet removed for the hubs. Like this: (Note that the cap has a detail ridge just outside the bullet which MIGHT look like the cap was intentionally made to allow 4x hubs if it remains after cutting out the bullets.) ...and here it is with your color scheme, Frank. Well, more or less:

Re: hubcaps
Oh, sorry I totally misunderstood. I still like the '57-'59 caps for mine even it is a '55.
But the '55-'56 caps look great too.
