They could use a blast and paint. I have a set of 4 and will only use 2. They have center caps, but no rings. I don't remember anything being wrong with any of them. I'll get pics today when I get home. As far as price... make me an offer and they're yours. But the board rules say I have to state a price, so... $60? If that's too far off-base let me know.

Here you go. Wheel without tire is just to show width. I'm keeping that one. It's on its way to be powder coated. It's from the same set with the tires. One does have a little damage, so I took a closeup of it. I have a third wheel available, but it looks worse cosmetically than the other two.
