Windshield Leak - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

I have a 1993 GMC C standard cab.

Windshield started leaking around the passenger side upper right hand corner.

Had the windshield replaced, then very carefully siliconed the gap around that area. Glass shop did find some rust-damage in that area but felt they could clean it up enough to get it to seal.

Thought I had it but after a few days of heavy rain I went to drive it and have evidence that it is still leaking. Wet spot on floor mat directly under that same corner.

I also did the door weatherstrips to rule them out but guess that didn't work either. LMC Part #s 38-8310, 38-8314

What am I missing?
