What class/option truck would have these

My Freind just picked up a 72 that we are gonna get running with this seat and door panels have built in armrest with a design sorry for the horrible pics. Just want to know what truck or Options. It also has a thin stainless across the back of the cab

Custom Deluxe. The trim under the window indicates the top was painted white or other two-tone accent color
