Service Manuals' Page Layout
I really don't get why and who decided to cram all three engine diagrams on one page, instead of blowing each up on their own page, take this Battery Installation diagram page for example, it has the six cylinder, the small block, and the big block diagrams all on one page, now granted these pictures are simple and don't have that much detail, but still why cram them all on one 8.5x11 sheet of paper
this poor layout and cramming is repeated over and over in almost every chapter |

Re: Service Manuals' Page Layout
Thats how you save paper. Gotta remember, that it is only a guideline and the manufacturer assumes the users of manuals already have a good understanding of how vehicles are assembled (because only dealer techs work on vehicles, right? And they see them when new so they remember).
