Heritage Center specs questions - weight, brakes

https://www.gmheritagecenter.com/doc...olet-Truck.pdf

I was looking at that for some info.

It claims the C20 and C30, single cab, have a curb weight difference of 177lb (79lb front, 92lb rear... yes, I understand those don't add up). It also claims the C20 rear brakes are barely larger than the C10 rear brakes, while the C30 are significantly larger.

Is the pdf correct on those? They don't seem consistent with what I've seen.

The curb weights also seem awfully low... is a stock 350/350 C20 really only 4300lb? If so, my utility bed is even heavier than I thought (close to 1k with some tools in it).
