Rear Disc Brake question

I have a 65 c10 with 15x10 -44mm offset American Racing Torq Thrust D on the rear. My questions is will the CPP rear brake kit work with these wheels?

Thanks,

Gump

Re: Rear Disc Brake question

Not familiar with the wheels you have, but I just installed the CPP rear disc brake kit and now my 15"x12"s (8" back space) won't fit. My main issue is with the e-brake hardware being in the way. Bought this kit for the reason it fitting with 15" wheels, didn't happen. I can install 15"x8"s (4" back space) with a 1/4" spacer on the hubs, will run with these for now until I can upgrade to 17's.

Hope this helps m

Re: Rear Disc Brake question

With an e-brake style caliper, the deep backspacing is going to be the issue since the levers are above the rest of the assembly. If you stayed with around a 4-5" backspacing there souldn't be an issue.

I had to use a spacer on my 15/8s too.
