Tailgate for 67 chevy truck
Is there any differences in tailgates on 67-72 chevy trucks? I own a 67 without a tailgate and was told any 67-72 tailgate would work. Is this true? Thanks!

It is true . 67/72 chev or gmc tailgate will work .

True but...
All will work but I believe the 67 only GMC tailgate had smaller GMC raised numbers than other years.

Actually, it was 67 and 68 had the small print on the tailgate.

Was the 67 and 68 smaller print on the Chevrolet an GMC?

Just GMC. I wasn't sure about 68 on GMC.
