installing system
have a 84 chevy crew cab;;going put [2] 6.5" 4 way speakers in bottom of each front doors;;in rear going put [1] 6,5" in each rear door and [2] 6"x9" 4 ways in each corner behind seat[where factory speakers was at;;;going to drive them off a 1600 watt 4 channel amp..on the doors was thinking of using some thick cardboard or thin wood and box in back side of speakers[best can but won't be air tight and was thinking of filling in the enclosers with Polyester Fiber Stuffing[pillow stuffing basically].WILL MY IDEAL HELP//HURT OR MAKE NO DIFFERANCE IN QUILTY OF SOUND?
got ideal from a old house speaker box I tore apart one time and found Polyester Fiber Stuffing in complete box..don't have any ideal why was in it;;just got me thinking if I was to enclose the speaker so all sound would only come out the speaker grill that i'd have a cleaner and full sound from speakers and also thinking the Polyester Fiber Stuffing would also help direct sound out the speaker front better and thinking would give me a cleaner and more cresp sound;;WHATS EVERYONES THOUGHTS ON THIS??? |
