New bumper questions.
I ordered a show quality rear bumper, I am very pleased with the bumper. There are the two round holes on the bottom side. I don't know what they are for?

Mmaybe thats where they hung it when chroming?
This subject has come up a couple times lately. No solid answer yet. Wheres our old assembly plant workers??
