drop spindles
i would like to put drop spindles on my 87 r10. where do i measure my rotors to find out which size they are . one inch or inch and a quarter rotors

If that's the only thing you're trying to determine, it's just the thickness. Measure at any point along the outside. You should even be able to eyeball it pretty easily.

I bought drop spindles for 1.25 inch rotors to upgrade the brakes on my C10. If you do go that route you'll need the matching calipers.

my 87 silverado had 1.25 rotors. DJM spindles were the cheapest, that I could trust, that I could find. Free shipping if you buy from summit. I bought a BUNCH of stuff from them recently.

I jus took off the front wheel an measured the thickness of the rotor not that hard....I had 1" rotors on my 84
