Re: Interchangeable parts from C50?

To my recollection...everything in the cab...including the doors.
The dash bezel won't fit without modification but most gauges are re-usable and common.

Re: Interchangeable parts from C50?

Going to look at one now buying for the doors and a few other stuff I' am going to part out the rest. Not sure how I'm going to go about fixing the corners of the doors though.
Thanks

I have swapped numerous tach dashes from big gas trucks into c10s. Diesel tachs are different though. Not sure about the comment above.

Re: Interchangeable parts from C50?

does anybody know if the cab itself is the same if not what the differences are? Can it be modified to work?

Re: Interchangeable parts from C50?

Entire firewall/cowl area down to the rockers is different, there is no lower "A" pillar , the front floor section and kick panels are also different. .....

The column mount and pedal box is different and some of the heater box is slightly different.

Friend of mine and I put a complete floor out of a C-50 in his 4x4. Just had to make a couple of modifications to the front corners and the hump area where it meets the toe board. Here is the thread on it:

They are usually in good shape.

Don't know of anything on the board. I have a set I am going to do but it won't be for a while. I plan on doing an inner and outer piece for strength and peeling the outer skin up an inch or so so that the new outer skin can be crimped around the original inner panel. That should give it plenty of strength.
