bumpstops
i recently cut the front springs on my 69 c-10 and now the truck bottoms out on the bumpstop bracket on the lower control arm. I was going to cut it off but it looked like it also stopped the tires from turning too far. I am wondering how much farther the wheels would turn without this in place. Any help would be appreciated.

I cut the bumpstops off, & left the portion that was steering stop, then welded a pc of flatstock on the back to reinforce. For bumpstops, I drilled a hole in the a arm, & used traction bar "snubbers". crazyL
