Hello everyone, I thought it was time to introduce myself and my build. I am Jimmy and I am finally getting around to building my 67 stepper for the second time in 20 years. The truck has been in storage for the last 15 years. Bought the truck from the origanal owners son after he had passed. the truck is in good shape with the exception of me adding 68 fenders that were in better condition. At the start I pulled the truck apart and sandblasted the frame every day on my 30 min lunch until I finished etched primed and painted it. Blasted the fenders. After that the company I was working for was moving and I had no choice but to put it together and drive it. Had no place to store it where I lived at the time. Has been in storage since 99 I will be calling this build (Obsession) cause my wife and everyone that knows me say I am totally obsessed with this truck, and I would have to agree. The ones that get it get it and the ones that don't well. I am going to try and get the pictures up on here but it may take a time or two for me to figure it out. This site gives people so much info and has so many knowledgeable people that I dont think I have enough funds to support all the ideas I have up with at this point but,we will see what happens. Anyway it's great to be here and I'll get some pics up as soon as possible.
