4 wheel disc brakes on a '72?

A friend of mine asked me to post this for him so:

He wants to know where to buy all the parts needed to convert his stock '72 over to all wheel disc brakes.

And if there happens to be a write up on how it's done someone could point me to, I will copy that off for him as well.

As always I thank you in advance for the help.
