This one? Works good and fit's like it should. Fan's a much louder then I like. Down the road I will be swaping it out for a fan mounted in a stock shourd like my suburban.

Love mine. Was a little loud at first, but seems to have quieted down over the years. Mine is controlled by my EFI computer with a trinary switch for the AC.

Re: Old Air dual electric fan ?

Does it mount to the factory rad fan shroud holes ? I am looking at it because in traffic with ac on the engine gets a lot warmer than I like.

Re: Old Air dual electric fan ?

I had one on my 1970 CST , but I HATED it. It was WAY too loud in my opinion. I ended up giving it to a fellow board member. I think he likes it....

On the plus side, it was a quality piece.

Everyone is different.

Re: Old Air dual electric fan ?

I have dual fans installed in front of a 4 core radiator on ac250 l6 with an old air kit. No shroud and stick fan. Never gets above 200. I had the package installed so I can't comment on ease of installation. They work great.

Re: Old Air dual electric fan ?

I bought the dual fan kit along with the A/C from Old Air. The installation was simple but after hearing how loud the fans where, even when just one of the two were running, I pulled them out and went back to the stock fan setup. I prefer to hear a gasoline motor not an electric one.

I have headers and dual glass packs on my 250 l6. Wouldn't know if they are making noise or not

Re: Old Air dual electric fan ?

I do agree they are loud but they do push a ton of air and cool really well. Fit and finish are top notch!
