Inner fender question
I have a 1977 C-10 but it has mid 80's front sheetmetal and core support on it. I'm in the market for new inner fenders. LMC lists one part # for 73-80 and another part# for 81-87. Which ones do you all think I should order?

Re: Inner fender question
Good Morning, I would use the ones for the correct year front end I had installed on the truck, that is my vote.

Re: Inner fender question
I agree with Terry. To have fewer fitment issues you will want to match the inner fenders to the year range of the fenders and radiator support.

Re: Inner fender question
If your front side markers are horizontal, order the 81-87, if they are vertical order the 73-80.
I know from experience that the passenger side inner fender for a 81-87 will work on a 75 but a few of the holes don't line up and the battery box support are some of the ones that don't match. So even if you get the wrong one, you will probably be able to make it work. |
