Upgrading a 5.3

So I have a 2005 GMC Sierra 1500 4x4, it has the 5.3 L33 version. It is my daily driver and I tow/haul in the summer quite often but not so much in the winter. So I didn't want to do anything too extreme. But after some research this is what I have come up with.
Vinci cam "Butt Kicker" @.050 210*/218*, .551/.551 lift, and a 114* LSA.
Dual Valve spring complete kit, 1.6 Yella Terra roller rocker arms, chrome molly pushrods, LS6 ported oil pump, LS2 timing chain and of course a dyno tune to get it all running right. Then I am rebuilding the 4L60 with a 1650 stall. Then a few months later on getting a 3" exhaust.
What do ya'll think? Would there be anything that you do differently? I am open to opinions thanks for your help.
Tate

Re: Upgrading a 5.3

I think it sounds like an angry little monster, any idea what the estimated power output and at what rpm is supposed to be?

Thanks man. I am hoping around 300-310hp/330-340torque to the wheels trying torque to peak around 3,500-4,000 rpm in that range would be nice, and hp hopefully to peak around 5,000 rpm. I am buying parts here and there right now so I will try and post some of those pics. Hopefully it will be running by July or August (or sooner) the sooner the better, when I get it tuned though I will put the dyno sheet up.
