Carb Adjustment

Here is the question if I give my truck minimal amount of gas in runs good if I floor it it runs good if you give it the normal amount it tends to studder a little bit. It has dual exhaust with down pipes. If you rev up the motor in nuetral it'll leave two black spots on the drive way. So which way should I adjust it.
