It's on a '68 lwb 4x4. It reads:

W A 09 13
E

As best I can tell.

Nice one Ludwig.LOL

jef5150-I don't find anything in the GMC Pauls website. I pulled the cover and it looks as if the #'s were stamped before the gear was cut therefore cutting the #'s on it. All I can make out is the 11: and part of a 4 I believe.

If it had an 11 and a 4? then it's probably a 11:41 or 3.73 ratio. Looks like you have the Gov-Lock limited slip too. From what I hear they work OK, but can give you problems. If it still works, I wouldn't worry about it. Have fun.
