How often do you have these available? I need one for my build, but not to that point yet.

Everything has been inspected while apart and if they need new bearing I put them in. This column had good bearing that have been cleaned and packed with new grease and the tilt mechanism is tight. It will last as long as you own your truck thanks for your interest

Re: Here's another factory truck tilt

I have a nice 72 truck automatic tilt that needs the upper bearing replaced. Any tips or idea of price if you were to fix it for me? Also, do you work on later model columns? I have a tilt out of an 84 monte carlo that needs part of the linkage that actuated the ignition switch. It's pot metal and one day I went to start it and it wouldn't do anything. After a little investigating, the broken piece fell out in the floor. I swapped a column shift tilt I had from another car but want to go back to this one as it's a floor shift column.

There are 2 sets of bearings in the upper part of the columna nd it might get pricey to replace a bad bearing if you have to ship it to me for that. You have to take the column apart to get to the upper 2 sets of bearings. I don't want do any work on other columns, just 67-72 automatic and floor shift tilts, regular automatic, 3 speed, floor shift columns.
