What's the length of a 65 Short Bed Wheel Opening?

My 1965 long bed wheel opening is appox 36.5". What is the length of the short bed wheel opening. Thanks Jeff

I see your getten ready to shorten . It's kinda hard to measure actually like you did but I measured my 63 and it only looks like 1 to maybe 1.5 inches different. I know on the 67 to 72 trks. it's 12 front and 8 rear. doesn't seem worth the extra cut for maybe an inch?

Sounds like a short bed is 24" in front of the wheel opening, 33" wheel opening, and 19" behind the wheel opening.

Does the short wide bed use the same wheel tub as the long bed since the wheel opening is shorter?

all trucks use the same wheel tub. , I think the sub tub is the same too...
