93 k1500 rear drive shaft

Hey good evening guy, I have a little problem since Friday night actually lol... The rear drive shaft from my 93 k1500 reg cab short bed was stolen out of my truck bed Friday apprently... I sent the transmission to get rebuilt and I had placed the rear drive shaft in the back of the bed and now it's gone... Does anyone know the measurements on the reg cab short bed drive shaft? Or where I can buy one?... I've looked high and low on the web and have found nothing except for some shops that can make one. If anyone has a part number it would also help me out...

Go to the junk yard or locate a parts unit. It would cost less than having one made. And this has to be a first for me. They took you drive line but left your cats?!?! I know it was already out but the drive line...really!??

Re: 93 k1500 rear drive shaft

Thanks guys for the replys... I currently have a brand new one on the way to me from GM.. It's still available thru GM (which is crazy)... After looking thru my local scrap yards, I was not able to find a good one for this truck. The ones I did find wher bent slittly in the middle. I'm guess because of the scrap yard forklift lifting up on the trucks moving them around. After some hard thinking, I called a friend from my local parts dept at a GM dealer and gave him the VIN and was still able to get it... So I just went ahead and bought it... Transmission will be installed this weekend and I have a suspension lift coming from tuff country, new side view mirrors, already installed new exhaust manifolds, and a bunch of Amsoil products coming...
