coil cover idea
hey guys these are the second phase of my engine dress up that goes with the intake cover idea found here http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s...d.php?t=615179 I will be polishing the fin tops and painting these black and red to match the intake cover. will post pics as soon as the weather warms enough to paint them. they were made out of a set of vintage big block valve covers. yes I know some may say why tear them up but they were cracked around the mounting holes and I picked them up for 20 bucks

Re: coil cover idea
Just ran across these on my local Craigslist. I have a set of 60's-70's m/t vavle covers that say Chevrolet on them!
They would look cool!

Re: coil cover idea
Those are of a craigslist add. Not mine. I just pasted what the seller had on his listing.

Re: coil cover idea
That is a great idea! We made flat covers for mine you can see on my buildsite. They are painted to match the cab and I will probably put a bowtie or some chevy logo on them. Wish I would have seen this sooner!

Re: coil cover idea
Those look killer man! Very nice job. They should set the motor off nicely.
How do you plan to mount them?
