New guy from south AL
Hello! I spend some time over on the CRG forum after recently purchasing a 1st gen camaro and there is a great deal of knowledge shared on that forum. Then i thought "There has got to be some sort of forum for the 67-72 trucks" (these vehicles are my true passion). Purchased a 69 step when i was 15 with intentions of restoring, drove it through high school and then it sat up for about another 15 years before selling. About 5 years ago i purchased a 71 step, original except for suspension, wheels, and an older paint job. Looking forward to gaining more knowledge and sharing stories through the site.

Re: New guy from south AL
Oneonta is 15 min from me, actually I stopped at Elgin Tires today to get an alignment (1989 front-end and 19.5" wheels) and then stopped to get two muffler installed on the truck. It finally has a good sound to it (read: not loud sound), lol.
