Headliner install
Finally had a warm afternoon and some time to install my headliner. It was a one man job and ended up being very simple. The key was using a quality adhesive. There were several brands and varieties on the shelf at oreillys, most were around $4 a can. There was one 3M brand that was $22 a can. Not wanting to cheap out and end up with a sagging headliner, I bought it. Another thing to consider is that after you install the chrome trim, removing it after the fact always results in broken clips. Here is how it ended up after I carefully lined it up and pressed it into place.

Re: Headliner install
It is bonded to the roof and doesn't need the chrome trim to hold it in place. I'm going to wait a few days and then install it. Here is what I used.

Re: Headliner install
That looks good. I've been wanting to add a headliner to my 68 to help quiet the cab.

Re: Headliner install
It looks like your truck originally had a headliner, right? I'd like to put a headliner in my truck but it never came with one and I remember reading a thread one time that its tough to do if you never had one before.
