Headlight Adjusting

Looking for pointers on proper headlight adjustments. Mine seem to be googlely-eyed... I know it varies state to state but not too much. So how does the majority of you set your headlights up? Thanks!

Re: Headlight Adjusting

One of the factory service manuals has the procedure in it. Basically, from 25' away, pointed at a wall, the center of the light beam (on dim) should be 6" lower than the center of the headlight. Adjust the side to side until it lights up the right shoulder and the right 2/3 's of the lane. Works good if you can find a dark and deserted street.
