trans question

looking for some information on putting on 4l60e on a small block chevy I haven't really found anything online saying that my 99 4l60e will work on my on my 2 piece rear main seal motor

What was it behind to begin with. The LS motor has a different space between the crank flange and the torque converter[than the traditional V-8] needing a spacer to make things right, any trans company an tell you what you need as long as you know what it was behind to begin with If it was a 4.3 or a 5.7 that is all moot, or as one of my kids would say it is a mute point I would correct her and she would say No daddy mute like no need to talk about it so be quiet. the trans came out of a 99 Camaro with a 5.7 motor and im kinda leaning towards the tci control unit but I want to make sure which flexplate I need to use along with which torq convertor Id need
