Inspection Needed for truck near Wichita, KS

I put a deposit down on a '72 truck near Wichita and would like to pay a knowledgeable member to check/document some details for me. If you know of a potential candidate, please let me know. I'll do a fee plus expenses.

If you drive the turnpike like a college kid on Friday afternoon, you can knock that down to just over 1 hour. I live in Lebo, however the bridge over the Melvern Lake is out, so you will have to go the back roads.

The truck is in northern OK. I was going to fly into Wichita and drive down but would prefer to have a member look it over for me.

By the way , just what do you want to know about this truck? My son lives on the South side of Wichita, in the Haysville area and it is possible, that I may be down there this coming Saturday. Is it a cheyenne super on the drivers side and just cheyenne on the passenger side fender? Hard to tell on my computer.

Mike's time proved to be a VERY wise investment. He helped uncover a "deal-breaker" for me. Other people may not have had a big problem with it but I don't want to put $20+k into a truck with this issue. If anyone is interested to know details, please send a PM and I'll discuss it. I HIGHLY encourage people to get a set of experienced eyes on key things PRIOR to closing a deal!!

Body/Cab condition
Does it have the high-hump floor?
Cab corners (replaced???)
Rockers (replaced???)
Cab supports (original or replaced, condition)
How are the inner fenders (especially below the battery)?
How are the fender pockets at the front?
How do the bottoms and edges of the doors look?
How do the door panels look?
How do the windows roll up/down?
Does the glass look like original tinted?
Does the glass look good?
How are the door/window fuzzies and wipes?
How do the vent windows feel?
How do the doors feel opening and closing?
How does the dash pad look?
How does the headliner and trim look?
Has the dash been cut for the existing radio?
Does the radio work?
Is the radio antenna complete/intact (I can’t tell by the photos)?
Any extra holes on the inside of the cab (from gun rack, speakers, etc)?
Are the seals intact between the front fender and cab (just in front of the doors) (CST/Cheyenne only)?
Any evidence of cab roof issues/leaks?
Does it have a cargo light?
How do the seals look (windshield, rear glass, cargo light, door weatherstrip)?
How is the trim on the truck?
How do the body panels fit (pics look good)?
How would you rate the paint?
How does the inner and outer grille look?
Does the outer have the original rivets?
How’s the carpet and seat cover?
Is the fuel tank cover there?
Are the jack/parts and cover there?
Is the spare tire carrier there/complete?
Electrical/mechanical
How does the wiring look especially near the fuse block?
Do all of the lights work (interior, dash, low/high beams, brake/turn, etc)?
Does the truck still have an external regulator?
Does the horn work?
Do the gauges work (fuel, temp, oil-pressure, speedo, etc.)?
Does the lighter work?
Is the radiator original looking?
Is the vapor canister beside the battery?
How does it start/run?
How does the engine sound?
Is the engine a Goodwrench replacement?
Exhaust manifolds or headers?
How does it feel going in and out of Drive?
How does the transfer case shift feel?
How does the shifter and boot look?
Does the A/C and fan work?
Does the heater work?
Does look missing under the hood (other than the air cleaner and heat pipe are missing).

Does anything look/seem/feel “Wrong”??
