Re: Modesto CA CL find: bagged swb fleet

Most of the gear heads on hear would have a couple of drive trains laying around to throw in there I would think. I may be way off and live in a sheltered idea being tilted cause I am swayed having all the motors and stuff laying around as I do. The "problems" could be that the motor has a big hole in it and the price isn't bad in my opinion. And I 'm not a fan of lowriders. Jim

Re: Modesto CA CL find: bagged swb fleet

Skeptical, but if its real its a good price, even factoring shipping and such to bring it back...not a huge fan of the negative camber that baggers have but i could live with it

Not all trucks have that excessive amount of negative camber.
Look at the Porterbuilt Dropmember equipped trucks.

It's a scraper kit. I suppose it's something that allows the truck to drag frame while going down the road like a duck with no legs. Some are fascinated with bags more than trucks. Just look at the title. To the seller it's an Air Bagged Chevy. To me it's a '71 ('72?) shortbed Custom Deluxe/10 that needs suspension work

That's true, i shouldve said "some baggers", There are alot that have drop members that look awesome, like Hazel. Then there are some that like the look and have an obscene amount of it. To be clear, and honest, i love bagged trucks. One of my inspirations to do a c10 was Delmo's 67 black shortwide. Looks amazing. But i just cant stand negative camber to the extent of that ad.

I figured it was one of your buddy's trucks (Donald?...Daffy?). Nothing against the bags, but the truck is my focus more than the bags. I don't get the scraping thing any more than roaching tires to make smoke. Everyone has their foolishness. If not, maybe you better getcha some
